Admission Process

Admission Process at Hind International School (As per CBSE Norms)

Hind International School follows the admission guidelines prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the applicable State Government regulations.

01. Registration

Parents can obtain the Admission Form from the school office or the school website

The completed form must be submitted along with the required documents and registration fee.

02. Age Eligibility

Admissions are granted according to the age criteria prescribed by CBSE, NEP 2020, and State Government norms. For Class I, the minimum age is generally 6 years as per CBSE guidelines.

3. Required Documents

The following documents are required at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate (for Pre-Primary and Primary classes)
  • Aadhaar Card of the student (if available)
  • Passport-size photographs of the student and parents
  • Previous year's Report Card (for Class I onwards)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (where applicable)
  • Proof of Residence
  • Medical/Health Record (if applicable)

CBSE requires proof of date of birth and previous academic records for admissions to higher classes.

4. Interaction / Assessment

Pre-Primary Classes: Informal interaction with parents and the child.

Class I onwards: Admission may be based on seat availability and an age-appropriate assessment or interaction to understand the student's learning level.

5. Verification of Documents

All submitted documents are verified by the school before confirmation of admission.

6. Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed after:

  • Verification of documents
  • Fulfilment of age and eligibility criteria
  • Availability of seats
  • Payment of the prescribed admission and tuition fees
7. Transfer Admissions

Students seeking admission from other recognized schools must submit:

  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Previous academic records/mark sheets
  • Other documents as required by CBSE and the school.
